Multi-Peptide Weekly Schedule Builder

Build a visual 7-day injection calendar for up to 4 compounds running simultaneously.

Compounds

Compound 1
Weekly Injection Schedule
Compound Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Sat Sun
Scheduling note: EOD patterns shown assume week 1 starting Monday. The actual alternating day shifts each week. Twice-daily compounds should ideally be spaced 8-12 hours apart. Timing recommendations shown are general guidance. Refer to compound-specific research for optimal administration windows.

To build a weekly peptide schedule, multiply each compound’s dose per injection by the number of injections that week, then add the totals. Remember 1 mg is 1,000 mcg. Example: BPC-157 at 250 mcg daily is 7 x 250 = 1,750 mcg, or 1.75 mg. TB-500 at 2,500 mcg twice a week is 2 x 2,500 = 5,000 mcg, or 5 mg. Together that is 9 injections and 6.75 mg a week.

How to Use This Calculator

Enter up to 4 compounds, each with a name, a dose per injection in mcg, a frequency and a timing (AM, PM, pre-sleep or flexible). Click Build Schedule to see a 7-day grid with a colour for each compound, plus the weekly total for each one. Every-other-day patterns assume week 1 starts on a Monday.

Why a Combined Schedule Beats Separate Reminders

Running more than one compound at a time is where timing mistakes tend to happen, not from any single protocol being complicated, but from managing several separately timed reminders that were never laid out against each other. Seeing every compound on one week-view calendar makes it obvious at a glance which days overlap and which are single-compound days, which matters when spacing injection sites or planning around a travel day.

How Each Frequency Falls Across the Week

The builder places every frequency on fixed days of a Monday-to-Sunday week, so you can see how many injections each compound adds to a peptide schedule.

Frequency Injections per week Days used
Daily 7 Mon to Sun
Twice daily 14 Every day, two injections
Every other day 4 Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun
3 times a week 3 Mon, Wed, Fri
2 times a week 2 Mon, Thu
Weekly 1 Mon

Keeping the Schedule Accurate

A schedule is only useful if the underlying dose numbers are right. Work out the exact draw for each compound first with the Peptide Dosage Calculator, and if you’re running a full multi-week protocol rather than an open-ended one, the Peptide Protocol Builder extends the same planning across the full cycle length rather than just one week at a time.

Who Should Use This

Researchers running more than one compound who need a single weekly calendar; anyone checking weekly totals across different injection frequencies.

What This Calculator Does

The Multi-Peptide Weekly Schedule Builder lays out up to four compounds on a Monday-to-Sunday calendar. For each compound you set the dose per injection, a frequency (daily, twice daily, every other day, 3× or 2× per week, or weekly) and a timing, and it shows which days each one falls on with a weekly total.

Formula Used

Weekly total (mcg) = Dose per injection × Injections that week
Daily = 7, twice daily = 14, every other day = 4 (Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun), 3× per week = 3 (Mon, Wed, Fri), 2× per week = 2 (Mon, Thu), weekly = 1 (Mon).

Example Calculation

BPC-157 at 250 mcg daily is 7 injections, or 1.75 mg a week. TB-500 at 2,500 mcg twice a week lands on Monday and Thursday: 2 injections, or 5.00 mg a week. Together that is 9 injections and 6.75 mg a week.

Limitations

Each compound uses one fixed dose and a fixed weekday pattern. It does not model loading phases, dose changes, cycles on and off, or interactions between compounds.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I make a weekly peptide schedule?

List each compound with its dose per injection and how often it is used, then place the injections on a Monday-to-Sunday calendar. The weekly total for each compound is the dose multiplied by the injections that week. The builder does this for up to four compounds at once.

What is a weekly schedule builder?

A weekly schedule builder lays several compounds out on one 7-day calendar with a colour for each, so you can see which days overlap and what the weekly total is for each compound.
